Drinks and Licensing

• New House Farm have a full premises license and a civil ceremony licence. Licensing for the music and bar runs until Midnight.
• We have a selection of wines/prosecco/champagne/beers etc that you can pre-order through the bar. These will be available at a preferential rate to the normal bar price up to a maximum of 2 Reception drinks per guest and ½ bottle (in total) of wine/prosecco/champagne per guest, to include the toasting drink, for the Wedding Breakfast. After this amount normal bar prices will resume. We will provide sparking glasses throughout your day, chill and serve your reception drinks and put your chilled wine etc on your table ensuring that your toasting drinks are poured for the speeches.
• Should you not find our wine list to your taste you may bring in bottles for 2 Reception drinks per guest and ½ bottle (in total) of wine/prosecco/champagne per guest, to include the toasting drink, for the Wedding Breakfast. Corkage will be £6 per bottle of wine/prosecco and £1.50 per bottle of beer/lager. We will provide sparkling clean glasses, chill and serve your reception drinks and put your chilled wine etc on your table ensuring that your toasting drinks are poured for the speeches.
• We ask that you ensure that no alcohol is brought on to the site by any of your guests as this will jeopardise our license. If we see anyone bringing in their own alcohol, we will flag it up with you, as they are putting your wedding day at risk and we may have to ask them to leave the site.

Deposits and Payment

• There is an initial deposit of £2000 required at the time of booking with the balance of the hire of The Hayloft being payable 4 months down the line. The house is payable on departure. We STRONGLY recommend that you take out wedding insurance for your big day which will cover most aspects and give you peace of mind.

Included in the price

• All heat and light for The Hayloft and fuel for the garden fire pit is provided within the price above.
• Exclusive use of the whole premises on the day of your wedding.
• Gardeners will ensure that the garden and grounds are looking pristine for your big day.
• Garden furniture is provided on site and can be moved accordingly.
• We are available at all times for guidance, advice and more visits.
• We will be available ALL day on your wedding day to ensure that things run smoothly.
• Your caterers on the day have use of our catering kitchens which will be cleaned down and ready for their use on the morning of your wedding.
• We will start to clean down after your wedding the following morning.
• Access to The Hayloft will be from midday on Friday for a Saturday wedding, from midday on Monday for a Tuesday wedding and from midday on Wednesday for a Thursday wedding.
• The prices above are inclusive of VAT.
• We ask that on the morning of your departure we could have all 5 bedrooms vacated by 11am.
